Holbrook Middle School:

45PM QUALIFICATIONS Ability to lift up to 40lbs without assistance Proven experience as custodian, janitor, or in a similar role preferred Knowledge of use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and appliances Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices Attention to detail and conscientiousness Good physical condition and strength High school diploma or equivalent JOB GOAL The job of custodian was established for the purpose/s of providing custodial services at assigned site(s); ensuring an attractive, sanitary and safe environment for students, staff and visitors; performing a variety of special cleaning operations; and assisting in preparing facilities for classroom activities and campus events.
