If you are a quick study and a detail oriented multi-tasker who can take direction both from customers and management with a positive, can-do attitude we would like to talk to you about becoming part of the Smith Builders Roofing team! Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:
Exceptional communication skills Computer and phone proficiency Team oriented Exceptional organizational skills Ability to self-direct and work independently Duties to include:
General administrative duties including answering and directing calls Precise data entry Front desk reception Customer communications (both incoming and outgoing) Scheduling Responding to voicemail and email correspondence in a timely manner Ability to perform additional duties as required Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Call handling experience Data entry Customer service experience Computer skills including Gsuite, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, CRM Precise and articulate communication skills (written and oral) Strong interpersonal skills This is a part time position that could potential work into full time for the right candidate.
